Job summary

• Provide support beyond a traditional helpdesk level (strong critical thinking and problem-solving).

Position and Company Summary

We are seeking an IT Business Support Analyst to provide technical and operational support for the Inventory Automation platform (Carma) and related applications. Collaborate with IT, SE&D, Ops, vendor and other business teams to support the Carma application with issues related to data migration, enhancements/releases and site activations.
