Job summary

City of Peoria, AZ seeks a Management Analyst in Development and Engineering to perform professional, analytical, and administrative duties supporting utility license and franchise agreements, intergovernmental agreements, and other contracts.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of related experience, strong Excel/Access skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners while tracking obligations, milestones, and renewal dates.

This position will perform a variety of professional, analytical, and administrative duties in support of the City’s utility license and franchise agreements, intergovernmental agreements, and other contractual arrangements.
