Parkland Health in Dallas seeks an experienced IT leader to serve as a senior IT relationship manager. You will oversee IT partnerships, align IT initiatives with business goals, and manage a team of professionals across multiple functions.
The role requires 8 years progressive IT leadership experience in healthcare, with strong BI, delivery, collaboration, and change-management skills. BRMP/CBRM/CRM certifications within one year are preferred.

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technologies, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Leadership, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred in Information Technologies, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Leadership, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Work Experience Education Can Be Substituted For Experience.
8 years Progressive experience in IT, IT Business Partnership, Business Relationship Management, or a related field. Progressive experience in leadership or management roles, leading five or more employees.
3 year's experience in a large, complex healthcare organization. Prefer experience in organizational change management (OCM). Prefer experience managing demand intake and business case development processes.
Certification in Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP), Certified Business Relationship Manager (CBRM), or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) within one year of hire date.
IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Project Management Professional (PMP), Organizational Change Management (OCM), or related disciplines.
Primarily manages professional level employees. Responsible for work and results of direct reports. Over one (1) functional area.
May influence outside of own department, while balancing internal, divergent objectives to gain cooperation of other parties.
Requires advanced knowledge of a specific discipline and broad knowledge of related job areas.
