Job summary

Ocean Spray Cranberries is seeking an Associate/Manager IT Business Partner to align IT programs with business goals across Finance and enterprise apps.

You will partner with stakeholders, prioritize projects, manage resources, and ensure successful delivery of IT services while guiding domain-specific applications and analytics initiatives.

Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of experience in IT business partnering; MA location preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting cross-functional technology projects, business analysis, or similar business-facing IT functions.
• Ability to gather, organize, and document business requirements and connect them to technology solutions.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project delivery practices.
• Ability to analyze issues, identify risks and dependencies, and develop practical recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to facilitate sessions and explain technical topics to business partners.
• Ability to build productive relationships and influence stakeholders through preparation and follow-through.
• Experience coordinating work across internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Knowledge of data governance, analytics, and documentation practices.
• Curiosity about Finance processes, technology products, Gen AI, and Agentic AI within governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director, IT Business Partner as a day-to-day liaison between IT and business stakeholders.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements; translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage intake for requests and prioritize based on alignment, capacity, risk, and value.
• Coordinate projects with Solution Design & Delivery, Data Analytics, and vendors.
• Support testing, change readiness, training, and post-launch stabilization for solutions.
• Facilitate working sessions and leadership review materials.
• Document lessons learned and identify opportunities for improvement.
