Job summary

Ocean Spray is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A, to partner with cross‑functional teams and drive financial discipline across the business. This hybrid role is based at our Lakeville, MA headquarters, with Mondays and Fridays remote to support work‑life balance.

You will build financial models, perform variance analysis, support annual operating plans, and provide insights to leadership. A Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/Economics and 3+ years of experience, plus Excel/PowerPoint

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Experience processing a financial model and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to present financial insights.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly financial performance analysis, including variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year results.
• Perform monthly financial close activities, including preparation and review of accruals for accurate reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasts and long‑term planning.
• Analyze financial trends to report on key business drivers.
• Prepare accurate, timely financial reports for leaders and management.
• Partner with stakeholders across functions to understand performance drivers.
