Job summary

Ocean Spray is hiring a Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A, for a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA (Mondays and Fridays remote).

You will partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial tools, modeling, insights, and governance to support business decisions. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics, 3+ years of experience, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Experience processing a financial model and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to present financial insights.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly financial performance analysis, including variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year results, and communicate findings to direct manager.
• Perform monthly financial close activities, including preparation and review of accruals to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasts, annual operating plans, and long‑term planning processes.
• Analyze financial trends to report on performance of key business drivers.
• Prepare accurate, timely, and value‑added financial reports for business leaders and finance management.
• Assist in identifying risks and opportunities impacting financial performance and support mitigation plans.
• Partner with business stakeholders across functions to understand performance drivers.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting, forecasting accuracy, and process efficiency.
