Job summary

• Support ownership of incidents until closure and daily business support.
• Manage Softeon WMS configurations, testing, and user onboarding.
• Document setup, changes, and training for new clients and staff.
• Coordinate change management, SKU setup, warehouse configuration, and API keys.
