Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking an IT Business Analyst to analyze business needs, define requirements, and support the delivery of technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and drive strategic initiatives.

The IT Business Analyst serves as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, translating complex business processes into actionable technical requirements while leveraging enterprise tools and AI-assisted productivity features.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business or related field.
3–5+ years as IT Business Analyst or similar role.
Hands-on ServiceNow Demand Management experience.
Experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements.
Analyze current processes to identify improvements and automation opportunities.
Translate business needs into functional specs for IT teams.
Support lifecycle activities: requirements, design reviews, testing, and implementation.
Utilize ServiceNow Demand Management to intake and track requests.
Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
Develop BRDs, use cases, and process flows.
Participate in UAT to ensure solutions meet requirements.
