Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Enrollment Services stakeholders, campus partners, and IT teams to gather information, document processes and requirements.
• Provide routine operational support for PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and related enterprise systems.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot SQL queries, reports, and data extracts.
• Prepare test cases and execute test scripts; assist with testing and maintenance.
• Support process improvements and document business specifications and training materials.
• Provide basic system demonstrations and guidance on procedures.
