From a strong QA focus to testing and UAT leadership, the role emphasizes clear communication and cross-team collaboration within a hybrid work model. You will support government and educational program domains as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or commensurate experience.
• 3–5 years as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
• Good working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet tools, SQL, HTML, Adobe Acrobat, and the internet.

Responsibilities

• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
• Performs requirements analysis.
• Ensures solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Evaluates processes, identifies improvements, and develops solutions.
• Documents requirements, evaluates scenarios, and implements changes.
• Condu External meetings to share findings and drive decisions.
• Creates and updates system documentation.
• Drives testing and QA activities.
• Develops test plans and scenarios and oversees UAT.
• Communicates testing outcomes and bug priority.
