Job summary

SR International INC. is seeking a help desk specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for users and to diagnose and resolve software issues impacting data conversion projects.

The role requires 5 years of experience with automated systems for determining benefits (SNAP/TANF/E&T), strong written and verbal communication, and familiarity with JIRA. Onsite training in Jackson, MS is six weeks, after which remote work may follow.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have at least 5years of experience with automated system for determining benefits for SNAP, TANF or E&T
• Experience as primary point of contact for users with help desk issues
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to document incidents in JIRA and data logs

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for users experiencing help desk related issues
• Receive, document, prioritise, and track support requests from phone, email, or chat
• Escalate complex or recurring problems to supervisor/manager for resolution
• Must train onsite in Jackson, MS for six weeks before potential remote work
