Job summary

ePATHUSA seeks a Business Analyst to act as the primary contact for help desk users, addressing inquiries and guiding data manipulation tasks. The role involves diagnosing software issues, recording incidents, and coordinating with DHS program staff on IT needs.

You will manage tickets from multiple channels, prioritizing, tracking, and escalating complex problems to leadership as needed. The candidate should have experience with benefits determination systems (SNAP/TANF/ET) and strong

Qualifications

• Experience with automated system for determining benefits for SNAP, TANF, or E&T.
• Proficiency with JIRA.
• Proficiency with Windows Applications.
• Experience with Operating Systems (Mainframe, Linux, and Windows).
• Experience with Windows PC.
• Experience with Database Systems / Tools (SQL Server, ADABAS).
• Experience with QA/Testing approaches / applications (Data Quality).
• Certified Professional Business Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for users with help desk issues.
• Resolve user inquiries for manual data manipulation and related tasks.
• Diagnose software problems and support data conversion processes.
• Document incidents and escalate complex problems to supervisor/manager when needed.
