Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Functional Lead Business Analyst or in IT Project Management.
3+ years of experience with Microsoft D365.
3+ years of experience supporting major ERP or business application projects.
2+ years of experience leading an ERP solution implementation at a company.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first line of support for all ERP-related issues.
Collaborate with Supply Chain department to align ERP solutions.
Maintain detailed documentation for existing and new system processes.
Track all ERP requests, progress, and resolutions using the IT Help Desk system.
Identify and help implement software supporting business unit's goals.
Analyze and document business systems and user needs.
Optimize warehouse layouts and inventory levels.
Manage application quality assurance and ensure timely bug resolution.
Provide final sign-off for upgrades and patches.
