Job summary

EAA is seeking a results-driven technical Business Analyst to bridge business and IT, gathering requirements, mapping processes, and delivering end-to-end projects that improve efficiency and reduce risk.

You will translate needs into clear specs and user stories, collaborate with product owners, and work with Enterprise Apps teams to ensure on-time, on-budget solution delivery while adhering to IT standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
1–3 years of technical BA experience in IT or corporate tech environments.
Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite Cloud) and AMS systems (Aptify) a plus.
Working knowledge of PM concepts and Agile/Scrum and Waterfall tools including JIRA Cloud.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Experience mentoring IT teams to support delivery of corporate systems.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions
Work with product owners to ensure timely delivery within budget and scope
Communicate business needs to IT Enterprise Apps delivery team
Develop technical documentation for systems development and deployment
Drive innovation by researching new tools, methodologies and technologies
Comply with EAA standards, policies, and guidelines
Support safe practices in the workplace and aviation environment
