Leviton is seeking an IT Business Analyst to support business systems, reporting, analytics, and process improvement initiatives that strengthen operational efficiency and decision-making. This role serves as a liaison between business functions and IT, translating operational needs into practical solutions that improve workflows and the user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or data-focused field and strong analytical skills.
• Experience with business analysis, data analysis, and business systems across departments.
• Familiarity with CRM, CPQ, ERP, or similar enterprise tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand operational challenges and system requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and workflow solutions from business systems.
• Support data governance, UAT, testing, and deployment activities.
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
