Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years of experience as a business analyst or similar role supporting business systems.
• Experience supporting business users and cross-functional improvement initiatives.
• Working knowledge of ERP/SaaS/reporting/workflow platforms.
• Ability to document processes and communicate with both business and technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and follow-through skills.
• Proficiency with data in Excel and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with departments and IT to understand needs, process challenges, and improvement opportunities.
• Gather, document, and clarify business requirements, functional requirements, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria for system enhancements.
• Support enterprise applications by analyzing system issues, coordinating enhancements, and improving business processes.
• Assist with process mapping and gap analysis for core workflows across departments and systems.
• Participate in solution design discussions to align with priorities and user experience goals.
• Prepare and execute test plans, support user acceptance testing, document defects, and validate delivered solutions.
• Create user documentation, training materials, SOPs, and support guides for new or changed systems.
• Analyze business data and reporting needs to improve visibility into performance and decision-making.
• Support change management by communicating system changes and coordinating training readiness.
• Manage assigned tasks and small enhancement workstreams.
