TP ICAP seeks a Business Analyst to join the Equity Delivery team within Technology Change Management. The ideal candidate has 4+ years as a BA in finance/trading, strong stakeholder communication, and a proven ability to translate business needs into clear specifications for IT delivery

This Business Analyst role is an integral part of the Equity delivery team within TP ICAP Technology Change Management. The primary responsibility of this role is to elicit, analyse and communicate detailed business and operational requirements to enable change across TP ICAP IT systems. The goal is to ensure these changes align strategically with the needs and expectations of stakeholders from multiple business units.
