Job summary

Gyro in the United States is seeking a Network Systems Administrator to provide technical support for computer and A/V systems mainly in North America. This position requires expertise in Macintosh and Windows environments, with a focus on efficient office IT operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, with a rich background in supporting various systems and a commitment to user satisfaction. This is an in-office role providing support to users across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years supporting Macintosh and Windows computers in a mixed environment.
• Experience with Apple Macintosh OS X versions 10.6-10.10.
• Any exposure to website development and print production are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support to gyro employees.
• Support A/V meetings and technology projects.
• Maintain IT infrastructure and support projects.
