Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking an IT Support Engineer to support, monitor, and maintain AV and collaboration systems for a global client base. You will work hands-on with Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, Biamp, and Shure platforms, ensuring reliable meeting environments while coordinating with regional teams.

The role requires experience in IT/AV environments, strong communication skills, and a pragmatic approach to problem solving.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT/AV environments and support roles.
• Hands-on with AV control systems and DSP platforms.
• Strong communication across organizational levels.
• Analytical, pragmatic problem solving and delivery within SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line client support via phone, email, and remote access.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and AV faults.
• Configure and maintain AV control systems (Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS).
• Tune audio DSP platforms (Biamp, Shure, Q-SYS) and maintain endpoints.
• Ensure secure, reliable IT/AV infrastructure aligned with SLAs.
