Job summary

EOS IT Solutions in Austin, TX is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our global AV and IT support team. The role will involve hands-on work with AV control systems, DSP platforms, and enterprise collaboration technologies to deliver reliable, secure and scalable solutions.

You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across hardware, software, network connectivity, and AV systems, while maintaining SLA-aligned services and collaborating with regional teams.

Qualifications

• IT engineer/technician experience with AV environments.
• Hands-on AV control systems experience: Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS.
• Experience supporting audio DSP platforms: Biamp, Shure, Q-SYS.
• Clear communication across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line contact to clients via phone, email, and remote VPN access.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve IT/AV issues across hardware, software, network.
• Support AV control systems (Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS) to ensure meeting spaces operate.
• Configure audio DSP platforms (Biamp, Shure, Q-SYS) across rooms.
• Monitor and maintain endpoint estates and networked AV devices.
• Maintain reliable infrastructure and backup/recovery readiness.
• Deliver high-quality IT/AV support in line with SLAs.
• Collaborate with US and regional teams on security.
