Qualifications

• Hands-on AV experience with control systems (Crestron/Extron/Q‑SIS).
• Experience supporting IT/AV environments and enterprise conferencing.
• Clear communication across technical and non-technical staff.
• Analytical, pragmatic problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support via phone, email, and remote access.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and AV faults.
• Support and maintain AV control systems and DSP platforms.
• Configure audio DSPs (Biamp, Shure, Q‑SIS) and related equipment.
• Monitor endpoints, codecs, controllers, and networked devices.
• Ensure reliability and security of the IT/AV infrastructure.
• Support IT strategy and contribute to continuous improvements.
