Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Senior AV Production & Collaboration Engineer to serve as the technical expert for enterprise AV, unified communications, and event production technologies across conference rooms, briefing centers, training facilities, studios, and hybrid spaces.

You will partner with Engineering, IT, Facilities, PMs, AV integrators, vendors, and business teams to plan, test, and deliver end-to-end event support, ROS documentation, and continuous service improvement while mentoring

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise AV and live event production.
• 3+ years operating professional audio, video, streaming, and presentation systems.
• Experience supporting executive-facing events (town halls, webinars, broadcasts).
• Experience troubleshooting AV systems including DSPs, control systems, and AV-over-IP.
• Experience with collaboration technologies (Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Webex, Google Meet).

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical resource and escalation point for AV and event production issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve AV hardware, software, signal flow, and networking issues.
• Provide end-to-end event production support for executive presentations and hybrid events.
• Set up and operate audio, video, lighting, streaming, and presentation systems.
• Develop ROS documentation and run of show for events.
• Coordinate with presenters, vendors, and stakeholders before and during events.
