The University of Maryland, College Park, Washington DC campus seeks an IT/AV Contractual 1 to support instructional technology in classrooms and labs. You will troubleshoot AV/IT issues, dispatch requests, and collaborate with Classroom Technology staff on deployments.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of IT or administrative experience, with familiarity in Windows/macOS, Google Workspace, Active Directory, and ServiceNow.
