You will evaluate IT general and application controls, support SOX compliance, and partner with IT and business leaders. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and technical audit expertise to drive risk management and governance.

Qualifications

• CIA or CISA certification required; CPA or CISSP preferred.
• 5+ years of IT audit experience, including people-management or team-leadership.
• Familiarity with IT controls, audit methodologies, and risk management frameworks.
• Experience with SOX control testing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute IT audits (ITGC, application controls, and operational audits).
• Develop and maintain the annual risk-based IT audit plan with Internal Audit leadership.
• Lead SOX IT control testing, including scoping, walkthroughs, design and operating effectiveness testing, and remediation tracking.
• Apply COBIT, COSO, NIST, and ISO 27001 to assess controls and identify risk.
• Manage and develop the AuditBoard platform and document workpapers, findings, and controls.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop audit staff throughout the audit lifecycle.
• Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to senior management and external auditors.
• Build relationships with IT leadership, business units, and external audit partners.
• Track audit issues and management action plans to ensure remediation.
• Stay current on technology risks and regulatory changes.
