Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Information Systems degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of auditing experience.
• Minimum interim or active Secret clearance.
• Hybrid position: 2 days on-site per week.
• Management/ Leadership Experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide the first line of supervision to a team of audit professionals.
• Review work products to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Design audit plans using Government Auditing Standards and oversee execution.
• Self-starter who delivers quality work with limited direction.
• Supervise and review work performed by staff.
• Develop people by delegating tasks and mentoring staff.
• Provide subject matter expertise in financial management and internal controls.
• Review draft deliverables and present results to management.
• Assist Principals and Senior Managers with proposals and business development.
• Leverage data analysis tools and AI to improve audit efficiency.
• Advise Principals on significant developments and act as client liaison.
