Job summary

Sikich is seeking an IT Audit Manager to lead a team of audit professionals across the US locations including Alexandria, Columbus, and Indianapolis. The role requires an active interim Secret clearance or ability to obtain one and a strong background in IT auditing and governance.

The position is hybrid, with on-site work two days per week, and offers growth opportunities within Sikich's Government Services pillar along with extensive total rewards and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Information Systems preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of auditing or related tech experience.
• Hybrid role requiring 2 days on-site weekly.
• Interim or active Secret clearance required.
• CISA preferred; SOC 1/SOC 2 audits experience helpful.
• FISCAM/FISMA familiarity acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line of supervision to a team of audit professionals.
• Review work products for quality and consistency with standards.
• Design audit plans using Government Auditing Standards and oversee execution.
• Lead and develop staff through delegation and guidance.
• Provide SME in financial management areas and internal controls.
• Review draft deliverables and present results to management.
• Assist Principals and Senior Managers with proposals and BD.
• Leverage data analysis tools and AI to improve audits.
• Advise Principals on major developments and client communications.
• Serve as primary client liaison and share knowledge with team.
