Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three or more years of progressively responsible experience supporting enterprise network and infrastructure environments.
• At least one year of supervisory or technical lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, administer, and optimize wired and wireless network infrastructure.
• Manage firewalls, security controls, VPNs, authentication, and remote access.
• Administer Unix/Linux and Windows servers, virtualization, and storage.
• Monitor performance, capacity, security, and availability; lead upgrades.
• Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, and cloud services.
• Lead technology projects with staff, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Respond to incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and plan disaster recovery.
• Mentor IT Specialists and assist with IT operations and planning.
