Job summary

Telamon Corporation in Columbus, OH is seeking a Specialist, Client Support to coordinate IT asset disposition projects. You will manage communications with clients and vendors, track asset movement, and support billing, reporting, and reconciliation tasks to keep projects on time.

The role requires strong organization and written and verbal communication skills, familiarity with CRM systems, and the ability to work onsite.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 0-2 years of client support experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage shared support inboxes and log communications in CRM systems such as Salesforce, Cirrus, or Veridy.
• Respond to customer, vendor, and partner inquiries by phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare and distribute customer quotes, vendor requests, and project-related documentation.
• Coordinate ITAD logistics, including scheduling asset pickups, tracking shipment or pickup status, and monitoring asset movement through project completion.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, client records, project details, and asset disposition information.
• Review manifests, vendor reports, and processor reports for accuracy.
• Reconcile discrepancies between expected and actual asset counts, services, charges, or reporting data.
• Generate Expected vs. Actual reports and other operational updates as needed.
• Support billing and administrative processes, including invoicing, payment tracking, vendor bill processing, reconciliations, and collections follow-up.
• Monitor dashboards, task queues, workflows, and follow-up items to ensure daily activities are completed on time.
• Assist internal teams with reporting, documentation, and general administrative support related to ITAD service delivery.
