Job Summary:
The Specialist, Client Support is a generalist support role responsible for helping coordinate customer, vendor, and internal activities throughout the IT asset disposition lifecycle. This person supports the day-to-day execution of ITAD projects by managing communications, coordinating logistics, maintaining accurate records, tracking asset movement, supporting reporting, and assisting with billing and reconciliation tasks.
This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, processors, and internal teams to help ensure assets are picked up, processed, reported, invoiced, and followed through accurately and on time. The position requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, working knowledge of ITAD operations, and familiarity with the Veridy platform to support accurate project tracking, reporting, reconciliation, and client service delivery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supportscontinuous improvement by following established processes, identifying inefficiencies or issues, and contributing to solutions that improve safety, quality, and productivity. Leverages available tools and technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, where appropriate to improve efficiency and streamline work.

The position requires frequent sitting and keyboarding.
