Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced IT Asset and Lifecycle Manager to support a high-visibility government customer at a 100% on-site location in Bethesda, MD.

The role centers on ownership of IT asset management, GFP/GOE accountability, lifecycle planning, and technology refresh forecasting, with strong emphasis on accuracy, audits, and reporting. You will liaison with Government stakeholders and cross-function teams to ensure compliant, cost-effective asset investment and modernization.

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise IT asset inventories and lifecycle programs for government or large enterprise environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Flexera, or comparable IT Asset Management platforms.
• Experience tracking OEM End-of-Life (EOL), End-of-Sale (EOS), End-of-Support (EOS), warranty and maintenance contract information.
• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in IT Asset Management, Lifecycle Management, Property Management, Logistics, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for IT asset management processes, policies, and systems.
• Maintain accountability of GOE, GFP, leased assets, and inventory throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain asset records in EITSM systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
• Develop and maintain lifecycle plans and technology refresh roadmaps.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory and lifecycle reports for stakeholders.
