Qualifications

• Associate degree or two years of college; or equivalent experience.
• At least one year in computer hardware repair and software installation.
• Experience supporting Windows 10 and 11; basic mobile OS knowledge.
• Ability to set up, diagnose, repair, or replace computer systems and peripherals.
• Strong Excel and Google Workspace knowledge; detail-oriented records management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Receive, tag, and record new hardware; maintain asset location and status records.
• Oversee hardware lifecycle: procurement, deployment, refresh, retirement.
• Track software licenses and warranties; ensure compliance and optimize usage.
• Conduct periodic physical inventory audits; reconcile with records.
• Coordinate secure disposal and data sanitization with destruction certificates.
• Manage spare parts and loaner inventory; support timely repairs.
• Coordinate vendor warranty claims, repairs, quotes, renewals.
• Process equipment changes for new hires, transfers, departures; recover equipment.
• Produce reports on inventory, licenses, warranties, and refresh needs.
• Provide on-site end-user support; install and set up computer systems.
