McKee Foods Corporation is seeking an IT Asset Administrator to join the Stuarts Draft, VA team. You will own the full lifecycle of end-user technology—from procurement and deployment to ongoing support and retirement—while delivering hands-on, on-site service to employees.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with a team focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or two years of college; relevant experience may substitute for each year of college.
• One year of experience in computer hardware repair and software installation.
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and basic mobile OS knowledge.
• Strong record-keeping and attention to detail; able to learn quickly on the job.

Responsibilities

• Receive, tag, and record new hardware; maintain asset location, assignment, and status.
• Manage hardware lifecycle from procurement to retirement; ensure compliance with procedures.
• Track licenses, warranties, and SLAs; monitor usage and identify unused licenses.
• Conduct periodic inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies; oversee secure disposal.
