Securis in Chantilly, VA is seeking an IT Asset Processing Technician II to test, diagnose, repair, upgrade, and process enterprise IT equipment for resale and reuse. This full-time role supports our ITAD Operations team and emphasizes high-quality refurbishing.

The ideal candidate has hands-on hardware experience, knowledge of data security, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Compensation ranges from $22 to $26 per hour, with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting and repair of enterprise IT devices.
• Familiarity with data security, imaging, and asset disposition processes.
• Experience with inventory/asset management tools and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Receive, test, diagnose, and process servers, desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Perform diagnostic testing, secure data erasure, imaging, and grading per standards.
• Diagnose hardware failures and perform component replacements to maximize asset value.
• Refurbish equipment for resale by configuring systems and verifying functionality.
• Identify hardware by manufacturer, model, generation, and cut-line for accurate grading.
