Job summary

Securis in Chantilly, VA is seeking a full-time Electronics Warehouse Associate to support the processing, organization, and movement of computers, servers, and other technology assets within our IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) operation.

This entry-level role is ideal for someone with warehouse, recycling, or production experience who wants to learn about computers and electronics, grow with a mission-driven team, and contribute to safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, recycling, production, or similar hands-on work.
• Interest in computers and electronics; willingness to learn how technology works.
• Comfort using basic hand tools and learning equipment disassembly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Team player with good communication in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Commitment to following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, label, and process incoming laptops, desktops, servers, and other electronic equipment.
• Move and organize inventory throughout the ITAD warehouse operations.
• Inspect equipment and identify basic hardware/components with training.
• Safely disassemble equipment and harvest reusable components using basic hand tools.
• Assist with basic part replacements, upgrades, and equipment preparation under supervision.
• Scan assets and enter inventory information into company systems.
