RESPEC is seeking an experienced IT Asset Project Manager – Intermediate to support Indian Affairs (IA) and Office of Information Technology (OIT) programs. You will manage IT asset lifecycle and coordinate stakeholders to ensure scope, schedule, cost, and compliance are met.

The role requires PMP certification and substantive experience in IT asset management, change & configuration management, business analysis, or quality management, with PMI/PMBOK knowledge and exposure to Agile/Waterfall

Qualifications

• Five+ years of project management experience.
• PMP certification required.
• Hands-on IT Asset Management involving hardware, software, licensing, inventory, and asset records.
• Experience maintaining asset traceability, inventory, locations, and lifecycle data.
• Support IT service-request fulfillment and product-authorization processes.
• Elicit and document business and system requirements; develop user stories and backlogs.
• Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall project management.
• Lead PI Planning activities and manage project schedules and dashboards.
• Know PMI/PMBOK principles and federal IT investment concepts.
• Experience in Change & Configuration Management, Business Analysis, or Quality Management.

Responsabilités

• Manage lifecycle of hardware, software, licenses, and related IT assets.
• Maintain asset records, traceability, and data quality across systems.
• Coordinate with CORs, stakeholders, and vendors for delivery and compliance.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and governance artifacts.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and maintain product backlogs aligned with priorities.
