RESPEC is seeking an IT Asset Project Manager – Intermediate to support Indian Affairs (IA) and Office of Information Technology (OIT) programs. You will oversee IT asset management, hardware/software lifecycle, licensing, and related operations across projects, coordinating with government, business, and technical teams to ensure compliant delivery.

Formación

Minimum five years of project management experience.
Demonstrated hands-on experience with IT Asset Management involving hardware, software, licensing, inventory, asset records, product catalogs, or related enterprise IT asset processes.
Experience managing or supporting hardware and software assets throughout the asset lifecycle.
Experience maintaining asset traceability, inventory information, asset assignments, locations, status, product information, and related records.
Experience supporting IT service-request fulfillment, hardware and software requests, product reviews, and product-authorization processes.

Responsabilidades

Manage assigned IT projects from initiation to closeout.
Apply PMI, PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies as appropriate.
Lead PI Planning activities and maintain project plans, schedules, and governance artifacts.
Coordinate with Government stakeholders, vendors, and teams to ensure delivery and compliance.
Maintain dashboards, reports, and project documentation to support decisions.
