Qualifications

• Must be a current University of West Alabama student enrolled in a minimum of six credit hours and maintaining at least a 2.0 cumulative GPA.
• Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Learn from and assist more experienced technicians with their daily workload
• Prepare, image, configure, and deploy Windows and macOS computers
• Update and maintain Asset Management using enterprise management platforms
• Receive and organize new and existing equipment in ITS storage
• Perform basic hardware diagnostics and software troubleshooting
• Provide excellent customer service while assisting faculty, staff, and students
• Learn and understand University Endpoint standards and refresh polices
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Endpoint Procurement team
