Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line technology assistance for UWG Newnan TechWest.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with laptops, desktops, iMacs, MacBooks, and smart devices.
• Assist students with OneLogin, wireless connectivity, and basic system access.
• Greet visitors and support front-desk operations.
• Assist staff with projects, events, and meeting setup.
