Job summary

Absolute Business Solutions Corp. (ABSC) is seeking an Asset Manager to support AFNCR ITS2 program at the Pentagon. You will manage the lifecycle of 8,000+ IT assets, ensuring accurate records, secure handling, and operational readiness in a high-security DoD environment.

The role requires TS/SCI eligibility, Excel proficiency, and experience with asset-management platforms. Onsite daytime schedule with potential limited telework based on client needs and mission requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supporting IT asset management, warehouse operations, property accountability, logistics, or inventory control.
• Experience using Remedy, ServiceNow, or a comparable IT asset-management system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to use Excel functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) for large datasets.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with SCIF security procedures and handling classified equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lifecycle records for 8,000+ IT assets using asset-management systems.
• Manage stockroom operations: receiving, inspecting, tagging, storing, issuing, transferring, disposing of IT equipment.
• Perform extensive manual inventory tracking where scanners are prohibited inside SCIF.
• Conduct in-person inventories and reconcile records for asset accountability.
• Track laptops, desktops, printers, servers, and infrastructure assets.
• Generate detailed inventory reports for leadership and mission stakeholders.
• Resolve asset discrepancies and maintain auditable documentation.
• Serve as primary contact for IT asset-management activities for leadership and teams.
• Follow SOPs, security requirements, and property-accountability processes.
• Ensure proper handling of classified equipment per security procedures.
