Job summary

ABSC is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to support the AFNCR ITS2 program, delivering secure IT systems across the National Capital Region, including the Pentagon and JBAB. You will design, implement, and modernize IT infrastructure and work with cybersecurity, network, and operations teams to meet mission requirements.

The role requires a Secret security clearance and on-site work with occasional remote tasks with client approval. ABSC offers strong benefits and a path for career development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related technical discipline with DoD/IC relevance.
• Minimum years of experience as specified in the posting or equivalent seniority.
• Ability to translate mission requirements into practical IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems and infrastructure.
• Develop technical documentation including architecture and network diagrams.
• Support A&A activities and ensure configuration management across items.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, network, and program teams to meet DoD standards.
