Titan Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to support IT asset lifecycle management for DoD contracts. The role focuses on accountability of ADPE assets, shipping/receiving, and inventory control in accordance with PPM requirements and ITSM databases.

You will work self-directed on-site in a fast-paced environment, coordinating deployments, disposals, and compliance with government regulations while maintaining accurate records and metrics for asset performance.

Competenze

• Requires TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience in IT asset management lifecycle (procurement to retirement).
• Familiarity with DoD property management policies and procedures.

Mansioni

• Recommend and support the development, and maintenance of approved processes for managing and tracking the full IT asset, license, and maintenance lifecycle from procurement to retirement.
• Recommend and support the development and maintenance of and update approved policies and procedures for effective asset lifecycle management (acquisition, deployment, utilization, de-installation, reallocation, and disposal) of IT assets.
• Coordinate shipment plans to ensure efficient distribution of products to satisfy customers. Analyze inventory levels and product demand to determine reorder levels, which shall ensure product availability and minimize inventory costs.
• Report on inventory levels to efficiently utilize capital investment while maintaining adequate coverage for known/projected demand.
• Advise and support accountability over assigned products; determine appropriate distribution based on lead times and demand.
• Ensure property is uniquely identified and changes are tracked and recorded in accordance with PPM requirements. Ensure property is uniquely identified and changes are tracked and recorded.
• Inspect goods and materials and assess the condition of assets for distribution/recycling.
• Coordinate the disposal of property, supplies, and materiel in compliance with Government and service regulations/guidelines and documentation requirements.
• Maintain records of acquisition/distribution of property, supplies, and materials by utilizing applicable processes.
• Process excess ADPE as identified by the Government using DoD procedures.
• Aid with completing quarterly and annual inventories.
• Recommend metrics, gather data, and report on the effectiveness of the IT asset management processes.
