Responsibilities

  • Process IT asset requests according to workflows and SLAs.
  • Perform computer imaging and prepare end-user devices for deployment.
  • Review and reconcile inventory to correct discrepancies.
  • Partner with Cybersecurity, Purchasing, Field Services for asset governance.
  • Maintain CMDB and discovery data.
  • Support audits, lifecycle refresh cycles, stockroom organization, and compliance.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to ITAM processes and documentation.

As an ITAM Analyst, you’ll help ensure that the hardware and software powering our business is accurately tracked, responsibly managed, and fully aligned with enterprise standards. You’ll work closely with teams across the organization, gain exposure to core IT functions, and continuously improve the processes that support business continuity and operational excellence.
