Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking an experienced SIAM – Configuration Management Analyst to support planning, design, and implementation of configuration management plans and CMDB maintenance in an ITSM environment.

The role requires active TS/SCI with Poly, a degree or equivalent, ITIL proficiency, and strong written and verbal communication as you map service relationships and ensure accurate CI data. You will use ServiceNow dashboards to report CMDB status, participate in process improvement

Qualifications

• 3+ years of service process experience in an ITSM environment.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• Proficiency and understanding in ITIL framework concepts and ITSM processes.
• Good written and communication skills with the ability to clearly document and explain business processes.

Responsibilities

• Supports the planning, design, and implementation of configuration management plans and standards.
• Assist with the management and maintenance of the CMDB.
• Assist in periodic verification and audit of CI's.
• Assist asset management in defining naming conventions and tagging standards for assets and CIs.
• Ensure accurate mapping of services and CI relationships.
• Provide input for technology requirements related to configuration management.
• Utilize ServiceNow dashboards to report CMDB and CI status as needed.
• Support measurement and reporting for weekly/monthly meetings.
• Contribute to process improvements and ITSM optimization efforts (CSI).
• Participate in TEMs and requirements gathering sessions.
