Job summary

CACI is seeking an IT Asset Management (ITAM) Analyst to optimize hardware and software inventories, ensure alignment with enterprise standards, and support IT operations and governance.

You will collaborate across Cybersecurity, Purchasing, Field Services, and other teams, maintain CMDB accuracy, assist audits, and drive process improvements using ServiceNow HAM/SAM/ITAM modules and ITIL v4 practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Asset Management, IT operations, or technical support.
• Understanding of hardware and software lifecycle processes.
• Ability to analyze data, identify inconsistencies, and solve operational problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with CMDB concepts and inventory management practices.

Responsibilities

• Process IT asset requests according to established workflows and service-level expectations.
• Perform computer imaging and prepare end-user devices for deployment.
• Review and reconcile physical and digital inventory to identify and correct discrepancies.
• Partner with Cybersecurity, Purchasing, Field Services, and other teams to support asset governance and lifecycle management.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date CMDB and discovery data.
• Support audits, lifecycle refresh cycles, stockroom organization, and compliance initiatives.
• Recommend and implement improvements to ITAM processes, documentation, and operational standards.
