Job Summary
Our client, a leading entertainment provider, is seeking an IT Asset Management Engineer to join their team! This position is a 7-month contract, hybrid with 4 days per week onsite. Acceptable office locations include Glendale or Burbank, California; Seattle, Washington; New York, New York; or Orlando, Florida. This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.
Core Responsibilities
- Engineer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow IT Asset Management platform across CMDB, Software Asset Management, and Hardware Asset Management
- Manage Service Graph Connectors, integrations, and CMDB data feeds, including troubleshooting integration failures and data quality issues
- Design, configure, and maintain MID Server architecture supporting ServiceNow Discovery and integration workloads
- Configure and tune Identification, Reconciliation, and Enrichment (IRE) rules to maintain accurate, authoritative, and deduplicated CMDB data
- Monitor CMDB Health, investigate data quality issues, and drive remediation across CI records, relationships, and discovery sources
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow SAM Enterprise and HAM Pro functionality, including software models, hardware models, normalization, lifecycle workflows, and asset-to-CI relationships
- Build ServiceNow automations and platform configurations using Flow Designer, business rules, script includes, scheduled jobs, and transform maps
Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow CMDB administration, IT Operations Management, Configuration Management, or a related IT operations role within a large enterprise
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB administration, including CI classes, relationships, CMDB Health, and data quality remediation
- Strong working knowledge of CSDM 5.0, including CI class hierarchy, Service Instance modeling, and relationship types
- Hands-on experience configuring and tuning ServiceNow IRE rules, including identification, reconciliation, attribute precedence, and data source prioritization
- Experience installing, configuring, scheduling, and troubleshooting Service Graph Connectors and ServiceNow integrations
- Working knowledge of MID Server architecture, including deployment, configuration, connectivity troubleshooting, and workload distribution
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Enterprise or HAM Pro
- At least one ServiceNow certification is required
Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)
- ITIL Foundation or advanced ITIL certification
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist for IT Operations Management (CIS-ITOM)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITAM (CIS-ITAM) or CIS-Discovery IAITAM certifications such as CHAMP or CITAM
- Experience with cloud discovery across AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Service Mapping and Application Service modeling in CSDM
- Experience with ServiceNow CMDB Data Manager, including data certification, CI lifecycle management, and duplicate resolution

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $56.00 and $80.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
