Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in St. Louis is seeking an Asset Management Coordinator to oversee IT hardware and software lifecycle, ensure accurate records, and align with ITIL standards while supporting BAU and enterprise IT initiatives.

You will manage provisioning, decommissioning, license entitlement, inventory, and end-user deployments using Intune, SCCM, Workday, and JD Edwards, partnering with IT teams to boost efficiency and protect data security.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in IT Asset Management, IT Support, or Procurement in a corporate setting.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles and incident management.
• Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, or Freshservice.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office and asset tracking.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT asset lifecycle management from procurement to decommissioning.
• Maintain centralized, real-time inventory in asset management systems.
• Monitor asset utilization and lifecycle milestones to optimize ROI.
• Coordinate provisioning and logistics for employee lifecycle events.
• Assist with license management and software entitlement.
• Decommission assets securely and process returns per policy.
• Track vendor repairs and warranties; document outcomes.
• Support end-user software deployment and OS builds.
• Assist IT projects with asset tracking and documentation.
