Job summary

TekSynap is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support the Enterprise Service Desk for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). The role includes reviewing ServiceNow requests, managing asset data, and coordinating physical inventories across a warehouse distribution setting.

The position requires a US citizen with at least one year of warehouse experience and the ability to obtain/maintain a secret clearance. You will operate on-site in Oklahoma City, with standard day shifts and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Acquire and maintain a secret clearance with IT-II sensitivity.
• Ability to gain Forklift certification if local work area requires.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel on-site using POV.
• Minimum one year of relevant warehouse experience.
• Minimum one year of experience entering asset data and extracting reports from automated inventory tracking systems.
• Minimum one year of experience performing physical inventories.

Responsibilities

• Review ServiceNow portal requests, tasks and tickets daily to meet DLA Asset Management policies.
• Provide daily customer and team support for local and regional hardware needs.
• Respond to RFIs within 24 hours.
• Perform cyclical physical inventories of all DLA IT equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and submit auditable monthly inventory reports.
• Maintain auditable digital hardware records in ITAMS/ServiceNow.
