Job summary

The position requires hands-on experience with Asset Panda, JAMF Pro, Meraki, and Uptime Robot, with strong organizational and communication skills to support uptime and security across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT asset management tools (e.g., Asset Panda).
• Strong knowledge of endpoint management tools (JAMF Pro, Ninja, Absolute).
• Familiarity with Apple Business Manager and enterprise device provisioning.
• Experience with network monitoring tools (Meraki, UptimeRobot).
• Understanding of vendor management and procurement processes.
• Knowledge of license lifecycle management.
• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tools and workflows simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• IT Asset & Lifecycle Management: Maintain Asset Register, audit readiness, and disposal.
• Endpoint & Device Management: ensure compliance, enroll devices, patch, and troubleshoot.
• Software & License Management: track licenses and optimize usage.
• Deployment & Inventory Operations: plan deployments, staging, and logistics with UPS/Verizon.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: manage relationships and SLAs.
• Monitoring, Reporting & Tools Administration: use Meraki/UptimeRobot for visibility.
• Network & ISP Coordination: support network ops and ISP escalations.
• Print & Infrastructure Services: maintain Print Server and related services.
• Documentation & Knowledge Management: maintain SharePoint pages and asset docs.
