Qualifications
1–3 years’ experience in PC support, desktop support, or corporate helpdesk environment.
Proficiency with computer imaging and disk wiping tools.
Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to document processes, follow up, and close out tasks promptly.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting activities and collaborating with stakeholders.
Ability to maintain a clean, orderly, and well-labeled storage area.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
Organize and maintain the storage room; track IT hardware as it enters and leaves inventory.
Process and update requests in the Wolken ticketing system promptly.
Image new PCs/Macs, perform disk wipes, and prepare systems for deployment.
Coordinate the return and processing of hardware during refresh cycles.
Package, label, and ship IT hardware; receive and inspect incoming shipments.
Keep the storage area clean, organized, and properly labeled.
Work closely with end users, IT support staff, and vendors.
