Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an IT Asset Management Analyst to join the Global IT Asset Management team in Grand Rapids, MI. This role focuses on hardware lifecycle, CMDB data integrity, and audit-ready reporting to support governance across HAM, SAM, and CMDB.

The analyst will partner with IT, Procurement, Finance, and Security to improve asset policies, reporting, and automation while ensuring compliance with NYDFS, SOX, and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting IT operations, asset management, or technology service teams in an enterprise environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to own data integrity and identify quality issues across large data sets.
• Demonstrated understanding of IT asset governance, lifecycle standards, and compliance support.
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills with advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes for hardware asset lifecycle execution within HAM Procedure and data destruction standards.
• Own data integrity in ServiceNow as the authoritative system of record and remediate gaps.
• Own asset reporting and analytics, delivering KPI tracking and audit-ready views for leadership.
• Support day-to-day audit and compliance by preparing evidence and validating asset data.
• Collaborate with IT Support, Procurement, Finance, Security, and Infrastructure to support stockroom operations and CMDB data hygiene.
